Our analysts work hand-in-hand with clients
to prioritize and resolve issues based on subject
matter and criticality. Our goal is to help customers
achieve maximum system uptime, and we are committed
to that goal. We also offer programming services
that help to enhance the baseline products and
better fit the needs of current and future clients.
Existing customers can submit support and enhancement requests online through the Revere Support Site. In addition, customers can receive telephone support from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central time by calling 205-795-3555.
