IMMPOWER R6 Successfully Implemented at ACIPCO
Birmingham, AL, January 16, 2006 -- The Revere team combined with ACIPCO's core team successfully partnered to roll out the new ultra-thin client R6 at ACIPCO's manufacturing facility in Birmingham, AL. IMMPOWER R6 will allow them to track equipment costs through failure histories and reliability, allowing the group to implement a PM schedule for plant-wide locations. The new technology will also allow them to track labor costs and hours to increase accountability.

The core team is also synchronizing the IMMPOWER R6 inventory system with their own to have a visual representation of on-hand quantities at central store and workbench locations. This will help ACIPCO develop a more functional reorder schedule and significantly lower costs of MRO parts.
