Scheduling
IMMPOWER SP assists in scheduling even the most complex shutdowns and turnarounds. Once you set up your shutdown calendar, IMMPOWER SP uses various priorities to schedule the work accordingly. IMMPOWER SP allocates the available labor resources in such a way to balance the workload for each craft for each day. This, of course, improves efficiency and results in lower overall costs.
After labor resource balancing, you can print easy to read schedules for each key craft. In addition to the crafts, you can print schedules for lifting equipment, permit writers, bundle cleaning, and supervisors. IMMPOWER SP can provide you with schedules for individual areas based on the type of work supervision.
IMMPOWER SP has the ability to display the shutdown schedules on time-scaled bar charts. IMMPOWER SP can produce summarized versions of bar charts that highlight areas of major concern.
Despite the complete automation of the IMMPOWER SP system, you retain control over the layout of the work. Using various tools within IMMPOWER SP, you can evaluate the schedule and change any of the variables accordingly before creating a new schedule. At this point, you can perform “what if” simulations.
Scheduling highlights include:
- Limited physical space control
- Target scheduling by type of activity (for example, vessel opening)
- “What-if” analysis for fully optimized schedules
- Built-in contingencies based on history
- Continuous working of crews on same equipment
- Preferred sequencing of work
- Detailed work schedules by shift, multi-shift, or multi-day
- In-progress schedule overrides
- Resource profiling and leveling to minimize overtime and use of outsourced resources
- User assigned priorities with practical constraints
