Progress Reports
As work progresses each shift, the supervisor crosses the completed shutdown jobs off the shift schedule and indicates both partial completions and actual hours worked. The supervisor meets with you near the end of the shift and reports this progress. You then enter this data into the IMMPOWER SP database. You can now print accurate schedules for the next working shift with a minimum of effort. Various status reports assist you with the timely evaluation of progress and performance to enable corrective action if necessary.
With IMMPOWER SP, you know exactly where the turnaround work stands at any given moment. Timely management reports show schedule compliance, performance measures, additional work, and critical jobs. You can pinpoint potential problem areas and handle them before they affect the shutdown progress.
