The seamless integration of Purchasing to Materials and Asset/Work Management eliminates much of the paperwork and duplication of effort commonly required for procurement personnel to purchase parts and materials.
Using the automatic stock replenishment process, IMMPOWER can generate approved purchase orders and send them directly to the vendor, eliminating several manual steps. In addition, IMMPOWER’s Quote Management module enables you to send purchase orders to preferred vendors for quotes.
After receiving quotes, you can use the the vendor performance evaluation to easily select quotes matching your needs and criteria.
