Tightly integrated with the Asset and Work Management modules is the ability to plan all parts/material requirements for any job. A corporate catalog contains easy to find, detailed descriptions of all purchased parts, whether stock or non-stock. You can browse multiple warehouses to locate, reserve, and issue parts, whether for daily maintenance or shutdowns/outages.
You can base automatic stock replenishment on several rules and integrate with Purchasing modules. Materials enables automatic assignment of ABC classes to stock, as well as cycle counting. In addition, you can serialize any equipment and track it as part of the inventory.
