Inspection and Corrosion Management

The Inspection and Corrosion Management module uses a three-dimensional architecture of topology, schedule, and inspection (i.e., where, when, and what). You can build an inspection library of procedures and values to establish technical rules for governing inspection methods, tolerances, event triggering, and so on.

Using the inspection library data as a basis, you can quickly and easily create inspection work orders, define inspection routes, and record inspection data. With multiple inquiry options, you can review and analyze data to plan corrective actions for ensuring employee safety and asset and production efficiency.
