
Cost Management
You can use IMMPOWER as a sub-ledger to your company’s general ledger and create a financial summary of the IMMPOWER activities in the general ledger.
You can manage budgets by cost center, equipment location, and so on. Use the additional cost category of activity as a filter of costs, cost allocation, and cost control.
Project Costing allows you to enter budgets at the activity level. IMMPOWER rolls up these budgets to create project budgets. IMMPOWER generates committed costs based on purchase orders and other expenditure approvals, and then keeps track of the actual costs incurred and allows you to enter the remaining project costs. These costs are distinct from the costs based on account codes that roll up into the general ledger. In addition, you can code any activity to allow for “activity based costing” (ABC) analysis.
